And my limitation is participants in room meeting. But the participants never reach that limitation. It ‘s around people and then if the new one join this meeting, the meeting automatically kick one of remaining people. So I do not know what’s happen here. I had already checked on my technical site, and nothing was wrong with that. Hi duyvo This is not official Zoom Support. I’d suggest checking to make sure you have that Large Meeting license assigned to your profile in the Users page. In any case, the system should not kick out already joined participants to make room for new joins.

Instead it should just deny further participants from entering and informing them the session is at capacity.

My Zoom quit unexpectedly when someone shares screen. It only happens on this new laptop Lenovo Flex 5 Intel 3i. Not sure if it’s related to windows 10 or anything. It doesn’t only happens when I open up my zoom sessions on the zoom app. It is the same even when I use the web version.

Click your profile picture then click Check for Updates. If there are updates install them and restart your device after. I hope the information above helps.

I will keep this thread open. For the meantime you can try to uninstall the Zoom app then re-install it back. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP Potentially Unwanted Products. Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.
